This site is hosted on a Mac Mini right from my basement! Since I'm already paying for home internet and data is sourced publicly, there's no incremental cost to share these financial data insights with you.
I built this platform as a fun hobby project - combining my passion for financial data analysis and use of tools like python etc. It's exciting to explore banking regulations like CCAR scenarios, ECL analysis etc while learning new technologies! My goal would be to add more data sections in coming days.
While I am experienced with data analysis using python etc, I am not an expert in web development at all. That is where vibe coding came in handy. And yes I was looking for a way to use AI in more meaningful way. I found the models from xAI and Anthropic particularly useful.
